Pre-registration is REQUIRED by August 6th.
If you have not received the flyer via EMAIL by July 5, then you?re not on the
list, so please call Paul Vorvick (503)740-9022 to get on the list and to
receive your registration materials.
It is necessary to pre-register. It is the only way that you will get a shirt,
and it is the only way that we can accurately plan for meals. PLEASE do
yourself and us a huge favor and PRE-REGISTER!!
This is a camping event. Please plan to come and stay for the weekend.
The Oregon Country Fairgrounds are located in Veneta, Oregon.
